Ecobulk^® LX

The ECOBULK® LX offers the greatest possible volume in the minimum amount of space. This compact container system provides the best solution for the transport and storage of goods with specific gravity of up to 1.3 - Easy to fill, easy to stack, easy to load.

The ECOBULK® LX is the perfect multi-trip IBC that is easy to recondition. It utilizes a module system in which individual parts can be easily exchanged.

The crossbars on top of the LX style are attached by bolts allowing rapid removal of the inner bottle for refurbishment.

Full Description:

Inner container:
	High molecular weight, high-density polyethylene (HMW HDPE), extrusion blow molded, specially shaped to ensure complete discharge of contents.
Outer container:
	Rigid welded galvanized tubular steel grid, which features a permanently fixed identification plate and RETURN-TICKET pouch.
	Bolted tiebars on top.
Pallet:
	Heavy duty stringer pallet
Filling opening:
	6" (150mm) with screw cap and 'O'-ring seal.
	Optional alternative - additional 2" ventilating plug, 9" opening on request.
Discharge valve:
	Protectively placed integrated 2" (DN 50) butterfly valve with outlet sealed by aluminum-lined PE-foil, closed by 'O'-ring, PE-disk and screw cap.
	Capable of handling U.N. regulated materials up to 1.3 specific gravity.
